The CIF Northern California championships open that day with first pitches scheduled for 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Defending Division 1 baseball champion De La Salle-Concord, winners of four of the past five NorCal titles, opens at home against West Catholic Athletic League champion St. Francis. De La Salle is coming off a North Coast Section Division 1 championship earned Saturday with a 6-0 win over Granada-Livermore, which travels to face second-seeded St. Mary\u2019s-Stockton. Central Coast Section Division 1 champion Valley Christian hosts Bullard-Fresno on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Other top baseball seeds are Clayton Valley Charter-Concord (Division 2), Roseville (Division 3), Half Moon Bay (Division 4) and Minarets-O\u2019Neals of Madera County (Division 5).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Each of the eight-team, five division tournaments end on Saturday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The same goes for softball which features a fantastic first-round game between NCS Division 1 champion San Ramon Valley-Danville at perennial state power St. Francis, which lost in the CCS semifinals.
