The slot value for the 56th pick is $1.725 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-xb1qmn-0 gBIiEi body-paragraph\">The 6-foot-5, 210-pound right-hander was ranked 60th by ESPN.com and 89th by MLB.com among all draft prospects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-xb1qmn-0 gBIiEi body-paragraph\">Slightom went 5-4 with a 3.28 ERA as a junior at Lyons, but in the last year became a pitcher only for the first time and displayed huge growth.
