Trejo has been selected to the roster, with catcher <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/f\/fulfobr01.shtml?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.mlbtraderumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2025-04-27_br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Braxton Fulford<\/a> having been optioned to make room for Trejo on the active roster. Southpaw <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baseball-reference.com\/players\/g\/gilbrlu01.shtml?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.mlbtraderumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2025-04-27_br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Lucas Gilbreath<\/a> was designated for assignment to clear space for Trejo on the 40-man roster.
