The Toronto Blue Jays had a tough loss to the Minnesota Twins this afternoon but after the game manager John Schneider gave a positive update on pitcher Max Scherzer.<\/p>\n
The Blue Jays are been playing incredibly well lately as they are slowly pushing towards the top of the American League East despite a 6-3 loss to the Twins this afternoon in Minnesota.<\/p>\n

Scherzer<\/a> has been slowly making his way back to the Blue Jays lineup and it looks like he is rapidly approaching coming back as he threw 50 pitches in a sim game today during the Blue Jays loss.<\/p>\n Schneider stated that Scherzer felt good after the session and that he is expected to pitch on a normal day at PDC then they will re-evaluate the situation and go from there.<\/p>\n Max Scherzer threw 50 pitches in a three-inning sim game today. Daulton Varsho participated and took Scherzer deep<\/p>\n Scherzer threw all of his pitches and felt good, per Blue Jays manager John Schneider.
