Former Cleveland Cavs forward and St. Edward High School standout Jawad Williams is coming home as an assistant coach.
Willliams, who played for the Cavaliers from 2008-11, averaged 3.8 points, 1.5 rebounds and .6 assists in his three-year career.

Williams began his coaching career as assistant coach and director of player development for the Sacramento Kings in 2023.
He also coached in Japan with Nagasaki Velca, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The Cavs lost three assistant coaches after the conclusion of the season when they lost in the second-round of the NBA playoffs. Assistant Jordan Ott was named the new head coach of the Phoenix Suns on June 4.
