WE WERE COMPLETELY FULL BY ABOUT 4:00, AND THEN OUR LINE WENT DOWN THE STAIRS AND AROUND THE BLOCK BACK INTO OUR PARKING LOT. WATCH PARTY LINES. THE TALK OF THE TOWN. AFTER GAME SIX OF THE NBA FINALS FROM THUNDER HALL. ANYWHERE FROM 1000 TO 1200 PEOPLE WAITING IN THAT LINE. THAT LINE WAS INSANE. TO TRUCK YARD IN BRICKTOWN, RESTAURANTS AND BARS WERE PACKED WITH FANS. AND NOW, AHEAD OF GAME SEVEN, OUR LINES ARE JUST GETTING LONGER AND LONGER. PEOPLE ARE SHOWING UP EARLIER BECAUSE THEY’RE REALIZING TO LIKE, IF YOU’RE NOT HERE BY, YOU KNOW, AN HOUR OR EVEN TWO HOURS, AT THIS POINT, YOU’RE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET IN. THEY SAY FANS SHOULD PLAN NOW TO GET THERE EARLY IF YOU WANT A SEAT, BUT THAT’S NOT THE ONLY PREP THEY’RE DOING AHEAD OF THE LAST CHANCE GAME FOR THE THUNDER. WE’RE HAVING TO UP OUR DELIVERY DAYS AND DOUBLE AND TRIPLE ORDER FOOD, BEER, LIQUOR. WE’RE BRINGING IN MORE PRODUCT, MORE PEOPLE. OUR STAFF IS ALL HANDS ON DECK AT THIS POINT. Fans have one more chance to cheer on the Thunder this season, with people already making plans to watch Game 7. Watch parties for Game 6 of the NBA Finals were packed. Lines wrapped around buildings from Midtown to Bricktown, and businesses are telling fans to arrive early on Sunday to get a seat. On Thursday night, the line for Fassler Hall, known as Thunder Hall during the playoffs, went down the stairs, around the building and down Hudson Avenue. “People started arriving around 2:30 p.m. to camp out to get a table. Fans have one more chance to cheer on the Thunder this season, with people already making plans to watch Game 7.

Watch parties for Game 6 of the NBA Finals were packed. Lines wrapped around buildings from Midtown to Bricktown, and businesses are telling fans to arrive early on Sunday to get a seat.

On Thursday night, the line for Fassler Hall, known as Thunder Hall during the playoffs, went down the stairs, around the building and down Hudson Avenue.

The lines weren’t any shorter at the Truck Yard in Bricktown.

“Anywhere from 1,000 to 1,200 people waiting in that line. That line was insane,” Jessica Tyson, general manager for Truck Yard OKC, said.

Ahead of Game 7, which will be back at the Paycom Center, bars and restaurants are preparing for the influx of crowds.

“Our lines are just getting longer and longer. People are showing up earlier because they’re realizing if you’re not here by an hour, or two hours at this point, you’re not going to be able to get in,” Tyson said.
