Fans of the Boston Celtics are very used to seeing the stars of their favorite team doing good work in the local community. But it is not just current Celtics reaching out to the people who have made their careers what they are today with such work, champion Boston forward and current broadcaster Cedric Maxwell recently put in some time helping homeless women in the area around the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA earlier this week.
The folks behind the “WWLP 22 News” YouTube channel put together a clip taking a closer look at his work in the community in a recent clip we have included for you to watch, embedded below.
