SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz is hosting a grand opening event Tuesday. A new community court will soon be open to the public in Orem.
The new court will be at Windsor Park in Orem. Organizers said the opening is part of the Utah Jazz community court initiative to create safe and accessible spaces for play.
There will be a ribbon cutting with the Jazz bear and Jazz dancers starting at 3 p.m. Afterwards, 50 kids are invited to join Utah Jazz player Cody Williams on the new court for a free basketball clinic.
