A CHECK. YEAH, FOR THE PLAYOFFS. ISAIAH HARTENSTEIN PARTNERED WITH THE OKLAHOMA SHIRT COMPANY SO THAT IF YOU BOUGHT THIS SHIRT, PART OF THE MONEY WOULD GO HERE TO POSITIVE TOMORROWS. IT’S A SCHOOL FOR FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. AND THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO FINALLY GET A VISIT IN TODAY. IT FEELS REALLY, REALLY GOOD TO WATCH YOUR SUPERHERO WHO JUST WON THE NBA, NBA CHAMPIONSHIPS, WALK THROUGH THE DOOR AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOU AND SAY YOUR NAME AND WANT TO SPEND SOME TIME WITH YOU. SO THIS IS AMAZING. WHEN HE FIRST JOINED THE OKC THUNDER LAST YEAR, ISAIAH HARTENSTEIN DECIDED POSITIVE TOMORROWS WAS A PLACE HE WANTED TO INVEST IN WITH HIS FOUNDATION, AND THE KIDS QUICKLY STARTED CALLING HIM MISTER ISAIAH. WANTING TO SERVE THEM STARTED WHEN HE VISITED THE OKC NATIONAL MEMORIAL AND MUSEUM. I WENT TO THE MUSEUM. YOU KIND OF SEE THE OKLAHOMA STANDARD. I THINK THE CITY, THE THE COMMUNITY IN GENERAL EMBRACES GIVING BACK SO MUCH. SO WHEN THE PLAYOFFS STARTED, HE KNEW HE WOULDN’T GET TO SPEND MUCH TIME THERE, BUT WANTED TO HELP OUT IN OTHER WAYS. DURING THE PLAYOFFS, YOU KIND OF HAVE TO LOCK IN A LITTLE BIT MORE. YOU CAN’T DO THAT MANY EVENTS, BUT WE STILL WANTED TO BE INVOLVED WITH THE COMMUNITY AND SO OKLAHOMA SHIRT COMPANY AND MY FOUNDATION CAME TOGETHER HAD A GREAT IDEA. THAT IDEA, A SHIRT TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE SCHOOL. AND YOU COULD SEE THEM AROUND TOWN DURING THE PLAYOFFS AND EVEN AT POSITIVE TOMORROWS FRIDAY MORNING AFTER THE THUNDER FINALLY BROUGHT HOME THE LARRY O’BRIEN TROPHY, HE GOT TO HAND DELIVER THE $10,000. YOU HAVE TO GIVE A LOT OF CREDIT TO OKLAHOMA COMMUNITY TO BE OPEN TO GIVING BACK LIKE THAT, BUT ALSO, I THINK IT’S JUST A BLESSING THAT WE CAN GIVE BACK. AND HE SPENT SOME OF THAT LONG MISSED TIME WITH THE KIDS FROM POSITIVE TOMORROWS, SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS AND TAKING PICTURES. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR BUYING A SHIRT AND SUPPORTING OUR THUNDER TEAM AND OUR MISTER ISAIAH. THIS WILL GO A REALLY LONG WAY FOR US, ESPECIALLY DURING A TIME WHEN WE’RE NOT SURE WHAT FUNDING LOOKS LIKE FOR THE NEXT YEAR. AND THE OKLAHOMA SHIRT COMPANY TELLS ME THEY RAN OUT MULTIPLE TIMES DURING THE PLAYOFFS AND HAD TO REPRIN
