Suns GM explains why the team picked Khaman Maluach in NBA draft

The Phoenix Suns’ general manager emphasized the reasons that led the team to pick Duke center Khaman Maluach No. 10 overall in the 2025 NBA Draft.

The NBA 2K26 Summer League 2025, which showcases rookies, undrafted college players and young players from teams around the league, will be held in Las Vegas from July 10-20, 2025, on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Each team will play at least five games, the first four from July 10-17. After that, the top four teams will advance to the playoffs, beginning with a semifinal doubleheader on July 19, followed by the championship game on July 20 at 7 p.m. MST on ESPN.

The 26 teams that do not advance to the four-team playoff will play a fifth game on either July 18, July 19 or July 20.

The Phoenix Suns have four games scheduled, with the fifth to be determined. Here’s a look at the dates, opponents, campus location, time and television information (all times MST).

The team’s summer league roster has yet to be announced, but recently drafted rookies Khaman Maluach, Rasheer Fleming and Koby Brea are expected to participate. Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro, who are entering their second season, could also participate.
