New Sacramento Kings general manager Scott Perry is continuing to build out his front office staff, adding BJ Armstrong to be an assistant general manager.
According to ESPN‘s Shams Charania, “The Sacramento Kings are finalizing a deal to hire three-time Chicago Bulls NBA champion BJ Armstrong as an assistant general manager under new GM Scott Perry.”
Between Armstrong and the coaching staff adding Mike Woodson and Bobby Jackson under Doug Christie, the new GM and head coach combo in California’s capital are building their staffs out.

BJ Armstrong played 11 seasons in the NBA, many on the Chicago Bulls before joining their front office and eventually becoming a player agent. Now he’ll make the transition to the Kings front office alongside Perry.
