Williams is a 7-foot, 262-pound center who played just one season at the University of Kentucky before he was drafted. Williams, a native of England, transferred to Kentucky from Drexel University for his graduate season. He averaged nearly 11 points and 8.5 rebounds per game during his season at Kentucky.According to ESPN, some of Williams’ strengths include length, as he possesses a 7-foot-6-inch wingspan, rebounding prowess, shot-blocking timing and his passing abilities. Boston selected VCU’s Max Shulga, a 6-foot-4, 206-pound guard known for his 3-point shooting.Besides his shooting ability, Shulga is also able to play in ball screens and has improved in a playmaking role, ESPN said.The Celtics previously held the 32nd pick before trading it to the Orlando Magic for the 46th and 57th picks Thursday night.
