Zach Edey scored two points, and had two offensive rebounds and an assist Sunday night as the Rising Stars lost to Team Shaq 42-25 in the NBA All-Star Game.

The 7-4 two-time National Player of the Year for Purdue was picked 9th overall by the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2024 NBA Draft. He is averaging 9.5 points and 7.6 rebounds per game and even has 14 3-pointers.

Edey had four points, two rebounds and an assist in Friday night’s semifinal game, which was played to 40 points. Edey had two points and two offensive rebounds in the championship win, which was played to 25.

Rising Stars team in NBA All-Star Game

Candace Parker is the honorary captain for the winning team from Friday night’s Rising Stars game. That team includes Zach Edey, the two-time National Player of the Year for Purdue, and Indiana basketball All-American Trayce Jackson-Davis. Also on that team are Stephon Castle, Ryan Dunn, Keyonte George, Dalton Knecht and Jaylen Wells.
