Former Boston Celtics executive Austin Ainge helped swing a three-team deal Monday that will add a familiar name to the Utah Jazz roster.

As first reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Jazz were involved in a three-team trade along with the Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat.

The Jazz gave away John Collins, whose 19.0 points per game were tied for a team high last season. In exchange, the team landed Kyle Anderson, Kevin Love and a second-round pick.

Love was the biggest name involved in the deal. A five-time All-Star, Love is best known for his role on the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 2016 championship run. However, Love will turn 37 in September and has seen a noticeable drop in production late in his career.

According to StatMuse, he’s one of the 15 oldest active players in the NBA.

Austin Ainge is the son of Jazz CEO Danny Ainge, who previously ran the front office in Boston.
