One of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s little brothers has a new basketball home.
Kostas Antetokounmpo is on the verge of a contract with Olimpiacos in Greece, according to Sport24 in Greece.
The former Dayton star was the 60th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft by the 76ers.

He spent one season with the Mavericks and two with the Lakers. He actually got an NBA championship ring from that 2020 season with Los Angeles.
All told, Kostas has played just 22 NBA games, none since 2021.
Overseas, Kostas has played in France, Turkey, Greece and Spain.
He split this past season between Greece’s Panathinaikos and Spain’s Murcia.

Kostas should continue to get overseas chances as an athletic big guy, but his NBA dreams are likely over. In European action, Kostas has averaged 4.6 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. He’ll turn 28 years old in November.

Basketball fans are more interested in the next move of big brother Giannis, who hasn’t asked for a trade out of Milwaukee but has been speculated as a candidate to move anyway.
The Bucks have done everything they can this offseason to try and build a strong team around Giannis for 2025-26. Will it be enough? The NBA world waits to find out.
