MURRAY, Ky. — New Murray State Head Men’s Basketball Coach Ryan Miller continues to dip into the international waters to fill his first roster as head coach.

The Racers announced the addition of New Zealand native Lachlan Crate to the roster, according to a press release sent Tuesday.

“We are excited to welcome Lachlan Crate to the Murray State men’s basketball program,” Miller said in the release. “His standout performance for New Zealand at the 2025 FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup in Lausanne, Switzerland, highlighted his versatility and high basketball IQ.
