On Wednesday, the Mississippi Association of Coaches continued their annual multi-sport clinic, and Southern Miss first-year head women’s basketball coach Missy Bilderback was in town.Bilderback and her staff shared some of the best competitive skills in basketball to a crowd of coaches. Bilderback attended the clinic while growing up and believes it helps coaches be better for their players.Bilderback is entering her first season with the Golden Eagles, replacing longtime coach Joy Lee McNelis who lost her battle to cancer last month at 63 years old.Bilderback has big shoes to fill, but she’s excited to continue her legacy.
