The Orlando Magic are currently at NBA Summer League with a few Spartans on their roster, including former Michigan State basketball star Jase Richardson, who they drafted in the first round.

Early in the game, Jase Richardson comfortably hit his first basket of his pro career with a smooth three-pointer over the Sacramento Kings. Richardson, despite leaving the game for a long stretch after a hard foul, came back and helped the Magic make a 12-0 run and chip into the Kings’ lead, making it a close game at the end. Richardson looked extremely poised, showing that he could shoot, dribble, and defend. He also hit a fun shot at the buzzer that ultimately didn’t matter.

Below, you can see the best reactions to Jase Richardson’s big first night as a pro at summer league:

I can’t believe this defender opted to go under on this screen. It was bad enough it’s Jase Richardson you are going under on, he had like 5 feet of open space to go over if he tried at all https://t.co/psRwNw71WN
