Boston Celtics fans will get their first glimpse of their new young talent when NBA Summer League action begins Friday in Las Vegas.
The C’s will take on the Memphis Grizzlies in their first Summer League game, which tips off at 4 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Boston. Boston’s 2025 draft picks Hugo Gonzalez, Amari Williams, and Max Shulga are expected to play.
Celtics reserves Jordan Walsh and Baylor Scheierman are also on the Summer League roster for the third and second time, respectively. Boston will hope both players take a noticeable step forward in their development, as they will likely be called upon more often following Jayson Tatum’s Achilles injury and the offseason departures of Jrue Holiday, Kristaps Porzingis, Luke Kornet, and Al Horford.
