Tyler Kolek has potential to thrive with the Knicks
Kolek averaged just seven minutes with the Knicks last season and could not prove a lot in the limited time.
The world still got a glimpse of what he can do, but Year 2 is expected to be a lot better for him.
Under Brown, Kolek will have a lot more minutes if he is able to prove himself as the former Sacramento Kings coach uses his rotation well.
He likes playing with speed, which is something Kolek can do. The 24-year-old is a good playmaker as well and can also be a defensive presence.

Having played in college for four years, Kolek averaged 1.5 steals and has carried that into his professional career with brilliant displays on the defensive end in the NBA and G-League.
While there is a lot of competition in the Knicks backcourt, Kolek can expect minutes if he delivers during the season.
The team made it to the Eastern Conference Finals last season and if they are to get beyond that stage, they will need a deep rotation where guys like Kolek can deliver consistently.
