The Sacramento Kings had an impressive Summer League as they fell just short of winning their third Summer League championship.

Sacramento finished the Summer League with a 5-1 record with their only loss coming to the Charlotte Hornets in the championship game on Sunday.

It was a great performance by the Kings and they also saw multiple of their young players show out in Las Vegas but these four stood out above the rest.
Isaac Jones
Jones had a great Summer League as he led the way for the Kings in scoring as he tries to earn a larger role next season after playing 40 games for the Kings last season.

In six Summer League games, the 25-year-old big man averaged 18.3 points, 67 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game while shooting 64.6% from the field and 33.3% from three.
With the Kings moving on from Jonas Valanciunas this offseason, Jones might have played his way into a roster spot next season.
Nique Clifford
All eyes were on Clifford during the Summer League after the Kings traded into the first round of the 2025 draft to select him 24th overall.
In six Summer League games, the 23-year-old guard averaged 15.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 49.3% from the field and 45.8% from three.

With the Kings’ lack of guard depth entering next season, Clifford should see a large role off the bench and he will also be a key piece to their future.
Devin Carter

Carter struggled during his rookie season in Sacramento last year but he showed improvements in Las Vegas.
In six games, the 23-year-old guard averaged 14.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game while shooting 40.5% from the field and 28.9% from three.
While Carter does need to improve his outside shooting, he should have a large role next season as the Kings’ backup point guard.

Maxime Raynaud
Raynaud was another standout player for the Kings this summer after they selected him in the second round of the 2025 draft.
In five games, the 22-year-old center averaged 12.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.4 assist and 1.0 blocks per game while shooting 49.1% from the field and 25.0% from three.
With Valanciunas gone, Raynaud will enter next season as Sacramento’s backup center behind Domantas Sabonis and like Clifford, he will be a key piece to their future.
