New Lakers star Luka Doncic is set to make his team debut Monday night against the Utah Jazz.

The NBA and its fans are still buzzing after the Lakers officially acquired Doncic on Feb. 2 in exchange for Anthony Davis. The deal also sent Max Christie to Dallas, while Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris joined the Lakers.

Doncic was upgraded from questionable to probable on Monday. LeBron James (left ankle soreness) also was upgraded to probable.

The Lakers are likely to have rookie Dalton Knecht back in the lineup. Knecht, who had been traded to Charlotte for center Mark Williams, saw the trade rescinded and is now listed as probable. However, Cam Reddish, also part of that trade, is out for personal reasons.

Utah, struggling with a 2-11 record since Jan. 15, is on an eight-game road losing streak.
