The Morris twins haven’t learned their lesson quite yet, challenging Nikola Jokic’s brothers to a fight on Shaq’s The Big Podcast.
Markieff Morris hasn’t been a relevant NBA player since cheap-shotting the three-time MVP in 2021 and paying for it with a forearm shiver that left him with whiplash. Morris’ brother Macrus took to Twitter after the play and defended his brother — all the while Jokic’s brothers made a legendary now-deleted Twitter account to go after the twins.

It’s beef that sparked big and has never really had a resolution despite a ton of talk from the Morris brothers. Now they’re back to talking despite being the only ones hurt by going after the Serbians.
The two issued a boxing challenge to Strahinja Jokic and Nemanja Jokic — Nikola’s older brothers. Or as they’re known in Denver, the scariest-looking person and the former MMA fighter.
The Morris twins say they’re willing to do a boxing match against the Jokic brothers 😳
“The bigger they are, the harder they fall. We big too.” 👀

“Yeah, for sure, please,” the two said on the podcast about fighting the Jokics. “Only boxing.”
Marcus is no longer in the NBA, while Markieff is holding on with the Lakers in an enforcer-type role. Both have been labeled bullies and dirty players in the past. Marcus even admitted to trying to hurt Jokic next time he played the Denver Nuggets but settled for going after Austin Rivers since he couldn’t get close enough to the big man.
“A cheap shot,” Markieff said on the podcast. “He hit me from behind. I think it’s a cheap shot.”
The Morris brothers are huge too, with the identical twins coming in at 6-foot-10. It would be an even boxing match but it says a lot they wouldn’t go for an MMA-style duel since they know who likely would win that. Nemanja’s three pro MMA fights ended with him knocking out his foe.
“The bigger they are, the harder they fall. We big too,” one Morris brother said.
Well, Morris twins, as Jokic would say: don’t bet against the fat boy.
