Former Clemson star PJ Hall is getting another shot in the NBA, signing a two-way contract with the Memphis Grizzlies, the team announced Sunday.
The 6-foot-10 forward had most recently been with the Denver Nuggets on a two-way deal, appearing in 19 games during the 2024 season. He averaged 1.7 points and 1.2 rebounds in limited minutes, while shooting 58.3% from the field. Hall also logged time in the G League with the Grand Rapids Gold, where he posted 19.2 points, 12.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.1 blocks per game across 13 appearances.

After being released by Denver earlier this offseason, Hall joined the Charlotte Hornets for Summer League action and made a strong impression. Per 36 minutes, he averaged 24.2 points and 14.7 rebounds on 65.5% shooting—an efficient showing that helped him land another opportunity at the next level.
Hall went undrafted in 2024 but originally signed with the Nuggets, reuniting with former Clemson teammate Hunter Tyson, who was acquired by Denver in a 2023 draft-day trade after being selected by Oklahoma City.
At Clemson, Hall wrapped up his career as one of the program’s most decorated big men. He earned first-team All-ACC honors and was named an AP All-American Honorable Mention after averaging 18.3 points and 6.4 rebounds per game during the 2023-24 season. His 659 points that year set a new school record, and he finished with 1,702 career points—good for top 10 in Clemson history.
