CA (MPG) – The Sacramento Kings announced on July 13 that the team has acquired
Dario Šarić from the Denver Nuggets in exchange for Jonas Valanciunas.
A
6-foot-10 forward, Šarić holds career averages of 10.4 points, 5.3
rebounds and 1.9 assists in 22.5 minutes per game over 493 games (230 starts)
for Philadelphia (2016-19), Minnesota (2018-19), Phoenix (2019-23), Oklahoma
City (2022-23), Golden State (2023-24) and Denver (2024-25).
He
has appeared in 24 career postseason games, averaging 9.8 points (43.2 FG%,
40.0 3pt%, 87.0 FT%), 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 19.8 minutes per game
with Philadelphia (2017-18) and Phoenix (2020-21).
Originally
selected 12th overall in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Orlando
Magic, Šarić earned All-Rookie First Team honors following the
2016-17 season.
