The Australian Boomers are set to hit the court tonight night for a blockbuster clash against the University of Colorado at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre.

The game marks the final tune-up before the Boomers head to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to defend their FIBA Asia Cup crown from 5–17 August. It’s also the first-ever commercial fixture between Australia and an NCAA Division I men’s basketball team, offering fans a unique chance to see elite Aussie and American talent share the floor.

With a freshly announced 12-man squad featuring a mix of Olympic and World Cup experience alongside exciting emerging talent, this matchup provides a key opportunity for Adam Caporn and the team to build momentum and cohesion heading into the Asia Cup campaign.

The Buffaloes, a historic program in the Big 12 Conference, will bring intensity, youth, and high-level preparation of their own as they build towards their upcoming college season.
