Mizzou volleyball had its full nonconference schedule revealed and received match times for its SEC opponents for the 2025 season Thursday.

The Tigers will face six ranked teams and host eight matchups at the Hearnes Center during the 2025 regular season.

After hosting the Black and Gold Scrimmage at 2 p.m. Aug. 16 and taking on Omaha in an exhibition clash at 2 p.m. Aug. 23 in Omaha, Nebraska, the Tigers will begin their regular season with matchups against James Madison at 5 p.m. Aug. 29, and Florida Gulf Coast at noon Aug. 30 in Fort Myers, Florida.

Mizzou will hit the road for two matches with Arkansas State at 7 p.m. on Sep. 4 and 6 p.m. Sept. 5 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

The Tigers’ home opener will come against No. 6 Stanford as part of the new SEC/ACC Showdown at the Net at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 9 on ESPN.

Mizzou will travel to Fort Worth, Texas, to compete in the Fight in the Fort against Wyoming and Rhode Island at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., respectively, on Sept. 11. The Tigers will conclude the event with a matchup against No. 25 TCU at 6:30 p.m.

Mizzou will participate in the Leatherneck Classic, facing Valparaiso and Chicago State at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., respectively, on Sept. 19, and Western Illinois at 4 p.m. on Sept. 20 in Macomb, Illinois. 

The Tigers will conclude nonconference play later in the season against in-state foe Southeastern Missouri State at 6 p.m. Oct. 22 in Cape Girardeau.

The Tigers will open SEC play on the road by facing No. 9 Texas A&M at 6 p.m. Sept. 24 in College Station, Texas, before duking it out against No. 5 Texas at 8 p.m. Sept. 26 in Austin, Texas.

Mizzou’s clash against the Aggies will be broadcast on ESPNU.

The Tigers will return home for matchups against Arkansas at 7 p.m. Oct. 3 and Oklahoma at 2 p.m. Oct. 5. Both contests will air on SEC Network+.

Mizzou will hit the road for matchups against No. 16 Florida at 6 p.m. on Oct. 10 in Gainesville, Florida, and Auburn at 2 p.m. Oct. 12 in Auburn, Alabama. 

The Tigers will welcome Ole Miss at 7 p.m. Oct. 17 and LSU at 2 p.m. Oct. 19. MU’s clash with the Rebels will be broadcast on SEC Network+, while its tilt against the Bayou Bengals will air on the SEC Network.

The Tigers will host South Carolina at 7 p.m. Oct. 24 and Georgia at 2 p.m. Oct. 26. Both bouts will be broadcast on SEC Network+.

Mizzou will hit the road to face Tennessee at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt at 1 p.m. Nov. 2 in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Tigers will welcome No. 7 Kentucky for their final home game of the regular season at 6 p.m. Nov. 6 on SEC Network+. The Wildcats ended Mizzou’s 2024 season with a 3-1 (25-20, 25-20, 16-25, 25-13) defeat in the Sweet 16 on Dec. 12, 2024. 

Mizzou will take on Mississippi State at 6 p.m. Nov. 14 in Starkville, Mississippi, before wrapping up its regular season against Alabama at 2 p.m. Nov. 16 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The SEC Tournament will take place Nov. 21-25 at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia.

The Tigers aim to build off their strong 2024 campaign. Coach Dawn Sullivan led Mizzou to a 22-9 overall and 11-5 SEC record, in addition to its Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
