The OKC Thunder’s Opening Night and Christmas Day opponents have been revealed for the 2025-26 NBA season.
OKC will begin its season on Oct. 21 with a home game against the Houston Rockets. It’s also ring night for the reigning champion Thunder, which will host former Thunder star Kevin Durant.
OKC will then host the San Antonio Spurs on Dec. 25 during the NBA’s Christmas Day slate of games. It’s the first time the Thunder has played on Christmas Day since the 2018-19 season.
ESPN’s Shams Charania first reported both matchups. Tipoff times have not yet been announced.
The complete NBA schedule is typically released in mid-August, but the league has not announced a date for its unveiling yet.
