Giannis Antetokounmpo’s teammate has made a strong statement on what the Greek Freak wants his future to look like.
Since losing in the first round of the playoffs to the Indiana Pacers, reports have emerged of Giannis Antetokounmpo wanting a move away from the Milwaukee Bucks.
Although the player has made no comments about his future, links to big market teams like the New York Knicks and the LA Lakers have emerged.
However, this has been the story of every offseason for the two-time MVP.
The Bucks have tried to build a roster around him by bringing in players like Damian Lillard, but things have just not worked for them.
Amidst the rumors, his teammate Bobby Portis has come out and spoken on what he thinks the player wants from his career.

Antetokounmpo was drafted by the Bucks in 2013 and has since helped them win a championship, a feat that the franchise only achieved once before with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
In recent years, the Bucks have failed to be competitive in the playoffs due to various reasons and that has led many to believe Antetokounmpo wants a move away.
But Portis believes otherwise and made an interesting point about what it would be like even if a team was to trade for him.
He said: “Giannis bleeds green. I think he bleeds loyalty.
“I think he bleeds wanting that Tim Duncan, Kobe-esque type, Steph Curry type career where they played for one franchise.
“Obviously it sounds really really good that Giannis leaves and goes to another team, but realistically you trade for him business-wise, he’s gonna make what $58 -$60 million dollar, that means you gotta trade your whole team.
“Then being able to get him, you still have to put players around him to win a championship.”
Giannis leaving the Bucks? Bobby Portis isn’t buying it 🙅♂️
Bobby says his Bucks teammate has that rare loyalty that kept Kobe Bryant, Steph Curry & Tim Duncan with one team their entire NBA careers 💯

Giannis Antetokounmpo should stay with the Bucks
Various mock trades of Antetokounmpo moving elsewhere have been drawn up, but there are no guarantees of title success elsewhere.
Despite the Bucks’ loss in the playoffs, Antetokounmpo averaged 33-12-6 splits, which is sensational.
He is only 30 and has the talent that can win several championships, which is why the Bucks would expect a big haul if a team was to trade for him.
Lillard’s injury proved to be a big factor for the Bucks’ fall-off this season.
He is only expected to be back after the start of the next campaign, which means the team will have to plan their offseason strategy with alternatives in mind.
The front office has some big decisions to make and while Antetokounmpo’s loyalty is never in question, they will have to make a few big moves to maximize his talent and help him win a few more championships.
