Is LeBron James genuinely on way to the Mavericks? It’s beginning to seem as though 40-year-old living great LeBron James wants to leave the storied $10 billion franchise after sending the Los Angeles Lakers signs of dissatisfaction.
In a mysterious Instagram Stories post yesterday, the four-time NBA champion and league MVP shared the following quote: “Becoming the best version of yourself comes with a lot of goodbyes.” At the moment, it was difficult to understand, particularly between his touching reunion with his 18-year-old son Bryce and his at-home shirtless workout.
Is LeBron James to Mavs just another made up story?
However, the New York Post cleverly noticed that Anthony Davis, his former Lakers colleague and the main player in the extremely contentious Luka Doncic blockbuster trade, had shared the exact identical image on his Instagram Stories. A reunion is in the air.
Klutch Sports Group, which is naturally led by King James’ closest friend Rich Paul, represents both James and Davis. And according to NBA source after NBA insider, LeBron is not pleased that Luka, who is now slender and ready to disprove Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison, will be the focal point of the Lakers’ future.

In addition, LeBron is openly posting pictures of himself working out in the training facilities of the Los Angeles Clippers.
Since LeBron has already exercised his $52.6 million player option, it may all be a sham. His 20-year-old son Bronny James, who is still a longtime bench warmer for JJ Redick, would undoubtedly find it odd. Bronny would be exposed if LeBron left. However, that might be a condition of the agreement for them to travel to Dallas together.
Given that LeBron can endure one season as Luka’s sidekick before opting out and becoming a free agency, Zach Harper of The Athletic is still of the opinion that LeBron will stay a Laker.
