The school recently posted a 41-18 record during the 2025 season, advancing to the NCAA Tournament’s Baton Rouge Regional.
Dallas Baptist will be the second Texas university to compete in the revamped Pac-12. Back in June, Texas State announced that it would begin competing in the rebuilding conference during the 2026-27 season.
Since making the jump to Division I in 2004, DBU has compiled an 832-432-1 mark. Led by head coach Dan Heefner, the team has competed in Conference USA since 2023. Before that, DBU had separate stints in the Missouri Valley Conference (2014-22), the Western Athletic Conference (2013) and played as an independent (2004-12).
