MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Sports Hall of Fame announced its Class of 2025 as well as the induction ceremony.
The induction ceremony will be held at the Renasant Convention Center on Tuesday, October 21.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by the induction ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
The Memphis Sports Hall of Fame’s aim is to celebrate the area’s top athletes, coaches, and contributors while also motivating and teaching new athletes about Memphis’ rich sporting history.
An 18-member Memphis Sports Hall of Fame Advisory Committee consisting of award-winning sports journalists, professional and amateur sports industry executives, and community leaders chose the honorees for 2025.

The 2025 class represents the very best of Memphis sports: grit, passion, and a lasting impact on our community. These honorees embody what makes Memphis a city with an unmatched sports legacy, and their contributions will be remembered for generations.
Prior inductees to the Memphis Sports Hall of Fame include: Zach Randolph, Reggie White, Jarvis Greer, Hubie Brown, Penny Hardaway, Larry Finch, Michael Heisley, Jerry “The King” Lawler, Tim McCarver, Nikki McCray-Penson, Cindy Parlow-Cone, Elliot Perry, Dr. Rochelle Stevens, DeAngelo Williams, and more.
Attendees may purchase individual tickets for $75 or reserve a table for ten people for $750. Tickets grant access to the cocktail reception, dinner and induction ceremony.
