According to NBA insider Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, the Los Angeles Lakers are interested in acquiring Spencer Dinwiddie, Royce O’Neale and Dorian Finney-Smith from the Brooklyn Nets.

The Lakers could still trade for Atlanta Hawks star Dejounte Murray.

The Lakers are expected to make a deal or two before the NBA trade deadline, which is February 8. They have struggled mightily since winning the In-Season Tournament in Las Vegas.

Dinwiddie is averaging 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.2 blocks this season while shooting 39.0% from the field, 32.4% from beyond the arc and 78.6% from the free-throw line. He’s making $18.9 million in the final year of his contract.

Finney-Smith is averaging 9.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.6 blocks while shooting 41.2% from the floor, 38.3% from 3 and 70.0% from the foul line. He’s making $13.4 million.

Finally, O’Neale is averaging 7.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.6 blocks while shooting 38.4% overall, 36.2% from 3-point land and 65.0% from the charity stripe. He’s making $9.5 million in the final year of his deal.

The Lakers are 24-25 on the season. They are in ninth place in the Western Conference standings. Meanwhile, the Nets are 19-27. They are in 11th place in the Eastern Conference standings. Brooklyn beat Los Angeles on January 19 by a final score of 130-112.
