The Basketball Hall of Fame will be adding eight members and an entire team to their annals this Saturday. Among the most notable names include New York Knicks and Denver Nuggets‘ star Carmelo Anthony, four-time WNBA champion Sue Bird, and three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year Dwight Howard.
While this is a small class by NBA standards, inducting just two members, the WNBA will induct three members, all of whom were ranked as top-ten players in league history for the WNBA’s 25th anniversary in 2021, according to ESPN.
