It’s officially football season. The Philadelphia Eagles began their title defense on Thursday night as they played host to the Dallas Cowboys in a big rivalry matchup that has already featured a ton of chippiness–and one bone-headed moment by Eagles DT Jalen Carter–but the Eagles and Cowboys are in a battle.
Philadelphia 76ers rookie VJ Edgecombe is making the Philadelphia sports rounds. He recently threw out the first pitch before a Phillies game and he is now taking in an Eagles game at Lincoln Financial Field.
The Sixers rookie posted on his Instagram story that he is on the sidelines as the Birds and the Boys did battle.
While Edgecombe and the Sixers will be looking to bounce back in the upcoming season, the Eagles currently lead the Cowboys 24-20 while in a weather delay with 4:44 to go in the third quarter. The estimated restart time is set for 11:27 p.m. EDT.
