Through the 2024-25 season, the Los Angeles Lakers have had a total of 506 players suit up for them, going back to their days in Minneapolis. Some were forgettable, some were serviceable, some were good and a select few were flat-out legendary.
As the Lakers approach their 80th season of existence (they were founded back in 1946 as the Detroit Gems in the National Basketball League), LeBron Wire is taking a look at each player who has worn their jersey, whether it has been a purple and gold one or the ones they donned back in the Midwest during their early years.

Trevor Wilson, a 6-foot-7 forward, entered the NBA in 1990 as a second-round draft pick following four solid years at the University of California, Los Angeles. In 1993, he came to the Lakers as a free agent early in their post-Magic Johnson era rebuilding process.
He appeared in five games with the Lakers and ended up with a total of 51 points and 28 rebounds in 126 minutes. They waived him afterward, and he subsequently joined the Sacramento Kings before wrapping up his NBA career with the Philadelphia 76ers during the 1995-96 campaign.
Over the next few years, Wilson played for a few foreign basketball teams before returning to the States and becoming an officer with the Los Angeles Police Department.
