Jimmy Fallon’s “Tonight Show” is coming to Detroit and fans now know who will be joining him.

Fallon revealed the guests for the special episode, which will be filmed on Sunday at the Detroit Opera House and will air Sept. 15 on NBC.

Among those expected to join Fallon include Michigan-born actor and comedian Keegan-Michael Key, Detroit Pistons All-Star Cade Cunningham and Grammy-winning rapper-actor Common, who recorded his first album in the Motor City.

“We have lots of fun stuff planned,” Fallon said. “Lots of surprises. I can’t wait to see you Detroit so get ready it’s going to be good.”

The episode will mark The Tonight Show’s first-ever visit to Detroit. It is being presented in partnership with Ford Motor Company, which Fallon has worked with in the past.

Now in its 12th season, “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon” typically tapes before a live studio audience from Studio 6B in 30 Rockefeller Center in New York City.
