Which member of the Boston Celtics youth movement is going to make a leap in the season ahead? The Celtics of course tore down the core of their 2024 title roster, trading away players like Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday, and letting key big men like Luke Kornet and Al Horford (presumably) walk away from the team in free agency to start off the 2025 NBA offseason.
With that decision, Boston began to lean into something of a youth movement, with younger players on the team like Neemias Queta, Jordan Walsh, and Baylor Scheierman now poised to take on a larger role, with new arrivals Luka Garza, Josh Minott, Hugo Gonzalez, Amari Williams, Max Shulga, and RJ Luis keeping the pressure on them from off the bench.
The hosts of the CLNS Media “How Bout Them Celtics!” podcast, Jack Simone and Sam LaFrance, took some time on a recent episode of their show to talk it over. Check it out below!
