When you win an NBA championship, you’re in the mood to do all types of side quests. The Oklahoma City Thunder have seen that firsthand. Chet Holmgren has remained in the public eye this offseason for hilarious reasons.
The latest is being a cameo in Kai Cenat’s latest Twitch stream. The social media star hosted the Little Basketball Association. The comedic and semi-professional event sees popular streamers against youth basketball players.

The 2025 LBA championship game saw several appearances from celebrities and NBA players. That tends to happen when Cenat streams to his viewers. At Sunday’s event, there were several Thunder ties.
Holmgren was at the event. Still wearing his 2025 NBA champions hat, he met up with Cenat to give him some words of encouragement. He also gifted the celebrity a pair of SHAI 001 shoes. The Converse signature shoe has been in high demand. They later FaceTimed with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
On the call for the game was Thunder play-by-play broadcaster Chris Fisher. He was a familiar voice for OKC fans who tuned in. The professional was as sharp as a knife despite the funny circumstances.
If this isn’t peak NBA offseason content, then I don’t know what is. Holmgren has had an eventful offseason. Anytime he’s out in public, you can bet he’ll wear the same championship hat. That’s what happens when you bring home the Larry O’Brien trophy.
