Former NBA star Victor Oladipo believes he played against the greatest player of all time.
The Golden State Warriors‘ playoff chances are delicately poised right now with the team desperately awaiting the return of Stephen Curry.
Even at the age of 37, Curry is a difference maker still capable of putting up huge numbers, scoring 56 points against the Orlando Magic back in March.
Curry is still one of the best players in the NBA today, a player who revolutionized the league, and some even put him in the greatest conversation, including Victor Oladipo.

Former NBA star Victor Oladipo believes Stephen Curry is basketball’s unlikeliest superstar, due to his physique and style of play.
Curry is small in NBA terms at 6ft 3″, and does not rely on his physical traits to be dominant. Instead his game is all about his unmatched shooting technique and accuracy that has caused havoc in the league ever since he figured it out.
Speaking on his podcast, Oladipo paid tribute to Curry, remarking that he looks more like a golfer than a basketball player, and this makes his achievements even greater.
“I would consider him the best ever. Yes, Steph Curry, yes, best player ever, yeah. And I would consider him that because he’s supposed to be playing golf.
“I mean, really look at him. He’s supposed to be playing golf. He’s out there he doing his thing, he’s changed the game completely, bro.
Oladipo says Curry changed the game
Oladipo speaks from firsthand experience as a player who had to try and defend against Curry.
He explained: “I saw him. I had to guard him, I’m saying it’s really different. And he has changed the game so drastically that guys shoot 50 threes a game now, and that’s only because of him.
“And I give Klay [Thompson] some credit too, I’m saying as well that their style of playing in Golden State, man, he changed the game completely.
“And I gotta consider you one of the greats if you change the game like that, change the format of how we play as a whole.”
