MOUNT VERNON, Iowa — Mount Vernon guard Taylor Franck has verbally committed to play for UNI women’s basketball in 2027. Franck helped the Mustangs capture the Class 3A state title last season, averaging 9.6 points, 3.6 assists and shooting 43% from the field. She’ll continue playing alongside her twin sister Courtney at Mount Vernon, where the Mustangs return a stacked roster.
