It’s hard to believe, but the start of the 2025-2026 season for the UConn women’s basketball team is right around the corner.
The Huskies open the season with an exhibition game on Oct. 13 against Boston College at Mohegan Sun Arena. They play their first game that counts on Nov. 4 against Louisville at the Ramstein Air Base in Germany.

UConn’s non-league opponents include Tennessee, Notre Dame, Southern California and Iowa. Their first conference game is against Xavier on Nov. 30.
The Huskies hope to pick back up right where they left off last season. UConn finished the season with an overall record of 37-3 and defeated South Carolina 82-59 to win their 12th national championship.
