SALT LAKE CITY – Kevin Love is expected to be with the Utah Jazz when they host media day on Monday.
Throughout the summer, several reports had indicated that the longtime NBA veteran preferred to play for a higher-profile team.
However, with no movement on the buyout front, the 37-year-old is expected to be with the team when they open training camp.

Kevin Love Expected At Jazz Training Camp
With several teams having already opened camp, and the majority of the league hosting media days early next week, preseason rosters have largely been finalized.
On Tuesday, the Jazz waived forward KJ Martin, trimming their roster to 15 players on guaranteed contracts, the maximum a team can carry on opening night.
While Love and the Jazz could agree to a buyout before Monday’s media appearances, the belief is that he will be with the team in Utah.
Honestly, the news here might be that the Jazz are now FAR more likely to keep Kevin Love. https://t.co/0uhLSuTfwm

Love played a bit role in Miami last season, appearing in just 23 games while averaging 5.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.0 assists in 10.9 minutes per game.
The Jazz acquired the future Hall of Famer along with veteran Kyle Anderson in a three-team trade involving the Heat and Los Angeles Clippers, in exchange for John Collins.
The five-time All-Star won a championship with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016 but has made three additional Finals appearances since.
Jazz Add Crowl, Murrell To Training Camp Roster
The Jazz made two minor additions to the training camp roster earlier this week.
Former Wisconsin center Steven Crowl, who played with the team at summer league, will join the Jazz for the preseason.
Matthew Murrell will also join the Jazz after missing the summer league with an injury suffered during his final season at Ole Miss.
The guard was rumored to be signing with the Jazz soon after the draft, but was unable to suit up in either Salt Lake City or Las Vegas.
