The Philadelphia 76ers will begin training camp on Saturday as they look to turn the page on the previous season and get back on the path of championship contention following a brief detour into the woods. The Sixers were ravaged by injuries and finished 24-58 in the 2024-25 season.

As the Sixers prepare for camp, they added to the roster on Friday night. The team announced they will bring in Saint Thomas on an Exhibit 10 deal. Thomas played for Philadelphia’s 2025 summer league team after a 4-year college career that saw him play for Loyola Chicago, Northern Colorado, and USC. He averaged 9.5 points and 5.9 rebounds with 4.2 assists for USC in the 2024-25 season.

This is a good opportunity for Thomas to get into an NBA training camp and show off what he can do to coach Nick Nurse and his staff. One has to believe he is ticketed for the team’s G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats, once camp is done, but this gives him the chance to make an impact.
