The government’s warning system is under scrutiny after some felt they didn’t get enough advance notice before deadly flooding in Globe. Firefighters said they received their first 911 call from a flooding victim eight minutes before the weather service issued a flash flood warning for Gila County. County leaders say the alerts went out and people were warned but the storm was just too big, too fast and too much. Zach Prelutsky has more.
