MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Grizzlies announced Tuesday that the team will be hosting the “Grizzlies Garage Sale” at FedExForum on Sunday.

From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on October 5, garage sale items–including Grizzlies clothing, sneakers, novelty items, pictures, posters, banners, furniture, and various autographed items from numerous seasons–will be on sale in the Grand Lobby at FedExForum. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Memphis Grizzlies Preparatory Charter School, a tuition-free program established in 2012 meant to help prepare young men in grades six through eight to “excel academically and demonstrate integrity.”

The team said food trucks would be on-site starting at 9:00, and complimentary parking will be available in the Gossett Motors Parking Garage attached to the arena. The Grizzlies said all sales must be completed electronically, and will be final; purchases will have to be removed from the venue by the end of the sale.

The Grizzlies Den, the team store inside the Forum, will be open during the sale, with discounts on all remaining 191 Collabs inventory, City Edition product and select on-court apparel.

FedExForum does have a clear bag policy for bags that are to be brought into the venue; only clear bags with no print made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC and no larger than 6x8x2 inches will be allowed into the building. The bag may have a strap, but it cannot be made of metal or chain, and each person is only allowed one bag.
