Keyonte George Witnessed Big AJ Dybantsa Dunk
Though George kept many details from the story private, the third-year guard witnessed something special in a practice session at BYU.
According to George, a BYU defender attempted to block a Dybantsa dunk attempt, only to end up on the wrong side of a highlight reel.
“I will say at his practice, he had probably one of the most craziest dunks I’ve seen in a minute,” George said. “I won’t say too much, but somebody jumped — and the ball, he went off two [feet], he put the ball like crazy, then he dunked it.”

Dybantsa was a consensus five-star recruit after playing at Utah Prep before committing to BYU in December.
George was in attendance at the practice with Jazz rookie Walt Clayton Jr., observing the freshman phenom who is expected to be a top-three selection in the 2026 NBA Draft.
“I looked at Walt next to me and I was like, ‘Whoever get him, he gonna be like that,” George concluded.

Dybantsa was named the MVP of the U19 FIBA World Cup in July. The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 14.3 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game for the tournament.
The 18-year-old Massachusetts native chose BYU over Alabama, Kansas, and North Carolina.
