Spurs Media Day isn’t just about meeting the press, it’s also when the team knocks out all their in-house production duties.

Already, though, the injury conversation has begun.

The good news? Not for the man in the middle. And the injury isn’t for very long. Spurs center Victor Wembanyama has been given a clean bill of health with no restrictions entering training camp. He’ll be a full participant in training camp, according to Spurs Head Coach Mitch Johnson.

Meanwhile, De’Aaron Fox, whose season ended early last year due to finger surgery, is now managing a hamstring issue. The team just being cautious to start the season, as you’ll hear from De’Aaron himself on the attached video clip.

The Spurs first official practice of the new season was on the last day of September. Preseason games aren’t far behind. The Spurs will host one here against a non-NBA opponent before heading to Miami to face the Heat on Oct. 8 at 6:30 pm. Both games air on CW SA.
