After a second-round playoff exit last year, the Golden State Warriors aim to make another run behind a couple of key offseason additions orchestrated by the front office.

The team finally came to a resolution with free agent forward Jonathan Kuminga after a summer-long stalemate, signing a two-year, $46.8 million contract on Sept. 8. The agreement reportedly includes a team option in the second season.

With Kuminga taken care of, the Warriors were able to move forward and fill out the rest of the roster. They came to terms with veterans Al Horford and Seth Curry in free agency, while re-signing De’Anthony Melton and Gary Payton II.

Earlier in the summer, general manager Mike Dunleavy and the organization drafted Alex Toohey (52nd) and Will Richard (56th). Toohey signed a two-way contract, while Richard inked a four-year, $8.69 million rookie contract, which is guaranteed for the first two seasons.

Following their recent roster moves, Rookie Wire examined the Warriors’ depth chart and offered an early projection of the starters and backups entering the season.
