It was Ace Bailey who stole the show in the Utah Jazz’s first game of their NBA preseason campaign on Wednesday. The No. 5 overall pick of the 2025 NBA draft dropped an efficient 26 points in the Jazz’s loss to Houston.
On Thursday, the Jazz will travel to San Antonio to take on Victor Wembenyama and the Spurs. This could be a matchup between former college teammates and top-five picks in Bailey and the Spurs’ Dylan Harper, but Harper has been listed as questionable. Will he be able to play against his former Rutgers co-star, and can Bailey replicate Wednesday night’s performance?
